One of the challenges was that some areas were darker than desired and others were too bright! We delivered solutions that met the needed light output based on input from the property manager, Strata Council, and our own observations.
Another challenge was the variety of fixtures. With 8 different buildings and vast common areas/exterior space, this Strata had a greater variety of light fixtures than most. Evergreen worked closely with the Property Manager and Strata Council to provide them with solutions as needed while delivering great lights and a “payback in years” of only 2.5!
